Pick-up Policy:

PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF READY NOTIFICATION.  Orders not picked up within 3 weeks of ready notification will be returned to stock with 0% refunded,  unless otherwise authorized by a 3 Trí ce team member.

How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.  Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. *Specially made oils and holidays may delay processing* Please be advised, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the full and current address.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are able to deliver to about 180 countries through Priority Mail International.  Please allow longer shipping times, 10-15 business days.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final!  No returns, credits or exchanges are available.  We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen.  Please contact the carrier with your tracking number provided at your time of purchase for any claims that may need opened.  All orders are required to have a signed signature at the time of delivery!  3 Trí ce Hair Collection can’t compromise the quality of our products or ensure the safety of our customers by excepting returns.
